What we do with your data

We highly value your privacy.

Our website and softwares do not collect or upload any user data.

Everything our programs do happens on your own PC: maps are downloaded straight to your machine and the resulting files stay there. There is no account to create, no telemetry to switch off, and nothing to opt out of.

Refund Policy

30-day money back

We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@allmapsoft.com. We will need the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for your refund
  3. A copy of your receipt

Once we have received your request, we will review it and contact you within 3 business days. If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
